Factory Eatery in Ballston Spa

If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered for the first time tonight. First understandably they were out of several items, no problem. However the $70 bill for what my boyfriend brought home? Absolutely not, I don't know what they thought chicken scampi was but this unflavored, dry mess is not it. The chicken marsala was a bit better but tasted like generic brown gravy. The scampi will be going directly in the garbage. The only edible item for me was the onion soup, and a small salad. And to add insult to injury, they up-charged everything compared to what is listed on the menu we saw here. Never again.

We stop here when travelling through Ballston Spa. Staff are great. Good draft selection. Say hi for us.

Really good. HUGE portions. Mac & Cheese is killer.

Had a nice dinner with the family. Portions are huge- well, at least the Turkey dinner and Parmesan Chicken dinner had ample servings. Definitely had leftovers to bring home. Worth the price paid. Waitress was great. Atmosphere was great too.

Every trip to The Factory has been awesome. The customer service is always wonderful. They have an awesome beer selection too! Close by for me and always a go-to!

We were out on a Friday looking for windows at Curtis lumber so decided to eat out. First of all, everyone was so nice. I mean, it didn't seem put on. The place was packed but the food came quickly and was great. Lots of food, great prices. The Factory still retains its industrial charm but modernized . We lived it and will def be back.

The web site said you were open and when we got all the way there and you were closed. Fix the web site. This was July 5th 2020.

Great service and great food

My other half and I went in and ate around 330pm and it was pretty dead in there. We got the food really quick! He got the E.T. chicken sandwich and it was really good. We asked for curly fries and got regular fries which were ok but not great. I just got a side salad because I wasnt hungry but I got the wasabi dressing which was delicious. Bright the leftover dressing home. There prices are really high but the inside and the building is just stunning! Will probably try this place again.

Just had our third big family party here in the past 8 years......a rehearsal dinner, Christmas party, and today , a baby shower. All these parties took place in the Speakeasy Room which is a really cool venue on the second floor of this historic building. Cara was an absolute pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful with any little question we had. Not only was the venue and staff great, but the food was delicious (my 8 year old granddaughter declared the French Toast “awesome” and she was right!)I love when a beautiful historic building is rehabbed with love and care and this is absolutely the case with the Factory!

Great find for a good home cooked meal. Portion sizes were huge! Very reasonable prices.

Every time I come here everything is delicious. Waitresses are friendly. It's very hard to pick from the menu because everything is great! The Fettuccine Alfredo, Nacho's, and penne Alla vodka are delish! 😊

Our food was good and the company we were with was good. Our waitress was good, however Brianna and a young man went out of their way to help me get my husband in, who walks with a walker as there are a couple stairs to get in. Then when we were leaving they did the same thing. That was way more important than the food. Hats off to these two young people for their outstanding (above and beyond) service. P.S : I hope you consider putting Taco salad back on the menu🤞

You can't go to this place without trying the Nachos Supreme and the delicious brownie with ice cream as dessert. The staff is friendly and attentive.  Good place for big group of people or for small family.

Nice vibe, friendly staff, and great beers on tap! Food was OK. Accommodated our large group just fine.

One of the best beer lists around, great mug club too. Food is awesome, portions are huge. One of the best spots in town!

Great Bar and Restauraunt in Ballston Spa, NY! I love the roast beef club with fries! Service is okay and overall could use some updating. Would definitely reccomend for a nice lunch and some drinks!

All I have to say is this place is amazing!!! Best dinner in town. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

We had our Son and soon to be Daughter-in-law’s Engagement party here and everything went great. The food was excellent and Cara and staff where phenomenal ! The atmosphere in the facility is fantastic and all our guests had a blast ! Thank you !

The service was good, our waiter was very kind. However the quality of the food was really poor. I went on a saturday, maybe the saturday chef is totally off or new because everything was flawed. The french onion had whole pepper corns that tasted out of place. The burger I ordered came with an already soggy bun and the meat was flavorless, almost tasted like a cheap frozen meat patty. The coleslaw tasted like it had sat uncovered in a refridgerator. The french fries were limp. Even the ginger ale tasted like carbonation no fountain syrup, I had to exchange it. So I'm sorry to say that for the price you can eat wonderfully elsewhere. This was all ambiance no substance and very badly prepared food.

Just ok. The Turkey club bread was fully toasted. Side salad with cold wilted lettuce, and the cheesesteak sandwich was dry and served on a stale semi warmed bread.

Great food as always, a favorite spot of ours in town. Reasonably priced, delicious meal. Okay table service, but food was delivered quickly and efficiently. Buffalo chicken wrap is on the spicier side, but do good. Highly recommend the burgers too. We didn't order them this time, but the buffalo chicken egg rolls are a must try!

One of our favorite go to Restaurants. Great food and Service to! We like sitting at a booth in the Bar area.

Really amazing place. Staff were great, food was great. They stayed open late for our group. The drinks were all perfect; not too strong or weak. The building is really amazing too.

Very nice bar and restaurant. The staff have always been super nice and the food comes out quick. They have a large selection of drinks on tap and their food is good also. I'll get the nachos and split them since they're big enough to feed 4 people. I've never been there at night but it seems like a pretty quiet calm bar scene. There is a cute outdoor space with tables and chairs. If you're in the Balston Spa area be sure not to over look this place!

Great place killer food. Dave the bartender is awesome! Very attentive and just a great guy. Beer is ice cold and 30 drafts to choose from.

This was our second visit and this time we brought friends! My wife has already selected her menu choice for our next visit, if that tells you anything! Great menu and prices. Entrees are delicious and wait staff are great!!

Fantastic dinner tonight. I got the steak and mashed potatoes. My wife got the pasta with shrimp. Both were HUGE portions and very very good. Soup was awesome. We are not in Ballston Spa very often, but we will definitely be back.

Mmmmm. I love the variety of menu items. There is always something to satisfy my cravings and taste buds. Whether you're hosting a party on the second floor or coming for lunch downstairs with friends during the week you always receive the best quality food and customer service.

Went there with a group of friends for our holiday luncheon. The food was great potions were large enough for a second meal .The staff was friendly .

I first went here with my son who was bored waiting for me in a store and decided to go for a walk and found Factory. I'm glad he did because we've been back 3 times already. First with one son, then with my husband and another son, then with the whole family. It was a great place to take my teenage granddaughter who has Down syndrome and was very comfortable there and loved the food...she tasted something from everyone. We'll be back soon. I just hope I try something other than the 1 chicken sandwich I always get. But maybe not, it's sooo good!

Went here on a Sunday after fishing. The beer list was great. The food was decent. We ordered the triple play sandwich, buffalo chicken egg rolls, buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken quesadilla. The triple play was ok but overpriced for the quality.one side of the sandwich had most of the meat on it too. The quesadilla and buffalo chicken wrap weren't that good. The service was above average and food came out quickly.
